We focus on a training of practical aspects of the business, e.g. taking concrete challenges such as shippers dealing with the hauliers, traders of logistic companies struggling with difficult clients, business development managers searching for target markets, management boards of logistic operators looking for new strategies for their organisations.
It is not our aim to be considered as an “educational and training centre”. We do not employ trainers, who have only been ordinary company employees. We provide our clients with trainers, who apart of possessing certificates are able to effectively train a group of experienced people in a specific and dynamically changing industry.
Also, we do not possess training templates and thousand of already prepared trainings, which as we currently observe, are appearing on other training companies web sites. We do not possess a training pattern for all the institutions: commercial banks, power plants or companies dealing with FMCG production. We reject monolithic types of “training for each occasion”, and our clients do not pay for the glossy training brochures but for the well prepared documentation. Also, the clients do not pay for the expensive training locations, “for show”, but for the hired training room. We also know that in most cases, the training companies operating in the TSL sector do not pay for the sophisticated theories delivered by people, who “get familiar with the TSL industry 10 minutes before the training beginning”. The logistic companies require that we understand the sector’s characteristics, opportunities and threats. The solutions proposed by LogEasy are based on their practical significance. We treat the management theories and chain deliveries studies as an analytical foundation for most of the processes in transport and logistics, but greater importance we attach to the real challenges in the company management. The companies real and current challenges have not been described in the textbooks yet.
In Western Europe we gained the knowledge about education and trainings, their quality and professionalism and we know that the constant improvement of TSL industry (professionals, chairmen) is an integral part of the business. Therefore, we understand that the trainings and management training are significant elements of the companies business activity.
We distinguish undoubtedly from other training companies, which offer their clients “vacation” or a “good rest” from work. We also do not agree with the opinion which states that an effective training must be combined with a good integration party.
LogEasy trainers know that the active participation of the clients raises the training efficiency, and the companies investing in the training services gain measurable advantages. We encourage participants to ask questions and to an interactive approach. The training gives the participants also the chance to break the burdensome company’s patterns, behaviour or customs, which are limiting the employees, their managers and usually the whole organisation. The transport industry requires adaptation skills, ability to make fast decisions and work in a team. These are the behaviours we are analysing and practising during the training.
The training should be a special event in participant’s career path, stimulate development and independent thinking, motivate to ask questions and bear responsibility. Our post- training reports indicate also the potential of the leaders, which is beneficial information for the company’s management and HR departments.
Also, we distinguish from the other companies by the fact that we cooperate with universities, media and research entities based in Poland and German-speaking countries. We are not afraid of a dialog with this world. Our clients often require high quality, analytical background, e.g. market research – and our partner higher education entities are willing to assist. LogEasy treats training and education as a mission to fulfil. A mission, which can be fulfilled by a network of partners belonging to the world of science and higher education.
